Well i'm off training had day off yesterday feel keen to get back on the bike beautifull day for cycling weather is great so i'm off to do 120k and thankyou to all you following me soooooooooo can not wait to see you all :)))

    I heard Cindy on Australian all over today she said about what u and the guys are doing "HOW AMAZING !!!!!" so I throught I would hop online and see what all the fuss is about, WOOOO I am hooked !!! GO TEAM we are all behind you guys!!!

    Hi Chris,

    Did you know that cindy wendt from Monty's Foundation was on the ABC this morning talking about the ride ? It sounded really good.
