Just did a quick 50 after work and no WIND woooooo avg speed was 28 k it was great no wind at last one more training ride to go going to have 2day off the bike before we head off :)))))) but tomorrow is going to be a big one climb after climb:) like the hills good for the heart and legs:)))

    We heard about you through the interview with cindy, she was right you are doing good things we think what you are doing is so inspirational and wish you and the team of guys & Foundation all the best we are going to come over from Bundaberg for the day so we can see you ride in.

    Hey Clarky,

    I did a 100km yesterday getting ready for the ride and met an unfriendly wind on the way home! Bike is in for a service now!! Starting to get nervous!!

    Hello I was listening to the an interview today about the Foundation and just wanted to say it is so good what your are doing !! thank God for amazing people in the world like you and I am so deeply sorry for the loss of Montenna her parents must be so sad.
    Good luck I wish I could make it but maybe next year.

    road bikes like ours we do a lot of ks the cables need ajusting bearings were d railers some times need ajusting lots of think need a twick or too Yellow Jersey bike shop looks after my bike, but we do a lot of Ks any were from 3 to 5 hundred k a week when you are racing:)as for cost it's like any think you look after it it doesn't cost alot
