Thursday training was the hardest yet we had very strong wind and cold, the wind went strait through you , you couldn't do over 20k hour:( what i did for training , i road to were my next race is and road the track 4 times and back home, that is about 75k but when i do the race it is 8 laps the race is the weekend after the foundation ride, so hope to win ! Like it when l win you get money for winning of course that goes to the foundation:) That little beautifull girl is why i do what i do!
